How we use PRAXIS

Turning theory into action for your empowerment is core to our ethos. The subversive theologian and priest Matthew Fox says wisdom and taste are inseparable: “It is about tasting and trusting experience, before institution and dogma.” [source] At PRAXIS, your experience is valid, essential, and paramount to your wellbeing.

In turn, your experience informs our wellness centre’s holistic therapeutic program development. At PRAXIS Holistic Health, we blend futuristic technologies with the very best of the natural world. We believe this synergy is essential to wellness.
